Serge Gnabry has reveal he is frustrat by reports that Bayern Munich are looking to offload him this summer.
Bayern Munich forward Serge Gnabry has admitt he is frustrat by the constant links he has with the Bavarians this summer.
Bayern Munich, under new manager Vincent Kompany, have sign three new players this summer in Hiroki Ito, Michael Olise and Joao Palhinha, but the Bavarians are also link with Daniel Olmo, Xavi Simons and Désiré Doué.
Despite reports that Bayern Munich are still keen to sign two new players, Uli Hoeness, the Bavarians’ chief executive, has revealed that the club will have to sell two or three players if they want to bring in new players, with Gnabry among them.
‘To be honest, I think it’s quite crazy that so many people are speculating, not just about me, but also about my teammates ยูฟ่าเบท, especially because we’re all on valid contracts and still playing at a high level.’
‘I’ve never hinted at wanting to leave, but right now I’m looking to get back to my old form and perform like everyone else has done for me. I want to be healthy and get back into the attacking game. I believe in myself and know what I can do for the team.’
The 29-year-old forward is unfazed by the challenge ahead after Bayern signed French winger Olise from Crystal Palace this summer.
‘I’ve been playing professional football for over 10 years. I know what it’s like. Every year there are new players coming in. It’s really like that. We all know what to do in this situation. It’s just a matter of not worrying too much and just focusing on yourself.’
